Martin Tate's tax practice is extensive, representing corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships, limited liability companies, individuals, trusts and estates, and involving all types of federal, state, and local taxation in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Our attorneys handle matters involving income, franchise, excise, sales/use, business (gross receipts), property, gift, and estate taxes.
