Biography

Matthew Gabriel focuses his practice in the areas of commercial transactions and corporate law.  His practice areas include commercial real estate, commercial lending, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and general corporate law.  He has a wide range of experience representing national and local REITs, developers, landlords, tenants, sellers and purchasers in engagements such as acquisition, disposition, leasing and operation of property.  He also has extensive experience representing local, regional and national lenders in real estate and asset-based loan transactions.  His clients range from publicly-traded companies, to small and medium-sized businesses, to entrepreneurs and individuals.
