Martin, Tate, Morrow & Marston provides counsel and advice to many of its clients on a variety of employee benefits matters. The Firm has represented clients in designing, implementing, administering and terminating qualified retirement plans. We also work with our clients to design, prepare, implement, administer and terminate non-qualified retirement plans such as supplemental executive retirement plans and deferred compensation plans. Our experience goes beyond retirement plans to include various types of welfare benefit plans, stock option plans, cafeteria plans and severance agreements.

Our attorneys also have experience advising clients in complying with the fiduciary responsibility rules of ERISA including the prohibited transaction rules and allocating responsibility among fiduciaries.
