Matthew Gabriel Named Director at Martin, Tate, Morrow & Marston, P.C.
Martin, Tate, Morrow & Marston, P.C. is pleased to announce that Matthew P. Gabriel has been named a director of the law firm.
Mr. Gabriel joined Martin Tate in 2010. He focuses his law practice in the areas of commercial transactions and corporate law, including commercial real estate, commercial lending, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, and general corporate law. Mr. Gabriel has a wide range of experience representing national and local REITs, developers, landlords, tenants, sellers, and purchasers in a variety of engagements, such as acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of real property. His clients include small and medium-sized businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals, and publicly traded companies.
Mr. Gabriel received his law degree with high honors from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he was a member of the University of Memphis Law Review editorial board, recipient of the Joseph Henry Shepherd Scholarship, and recipient of a Cecil C. Humphreys Fellowship. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and is a graduate of Collierville (TN) High School.
