We want to let you know that in light of the developments surrounding COVID-19, Martin Tate has taken measures to continue its operations to service its clients.  We are committed to protecting the safety and well-being of our clients, the extended members of the Martin Tate family, our employees, and our lawyers.

The attorneys at Martin Tate are prepared to continue to provide our clients with the same superior service that you have come to expect.  Our business continuity plan allows our attorneys to service our clients during this time both on-site and remotely through technologically secure means.  We are asking our attorneys to limit all non-essential meetings and instead conduct meetings via teleconference or conference call.  For those meetings that are required to be conducted in-person, we have implemented CDC recommendations regarding our work facilities and will continue to adopt suggested protocols issued by the CDC, WHO, and state and local governments.

We also have lawyers available to assist you with any legal issues that you may be experiencing as increasing closures and service interruptions impact your business.
