Andrew Gardella joined Martin Tate in 2008.  He received a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from Vanderbilt University in 2002.  While attending Vanderbilt, Mr. Gardella was a walk-on linebacker for the Commodores, earning playing time on special teams, and was named the 2001-2002 Male Scholar Athlete of the Year.  After graduating from Vanderbilt, Andrew was self-employed as a personal trainer in Nashville, Tennessee.

Andrew received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Memphis School of Law in 2008, where he was an Associate Editor on the Law Review and recipient of the CALI Award in Civil Procedure I, Contracts I, Contracts II, Professional Responsibility, Law and Medicine, ADR/Mediation, and Commercial Paper.  At Martin Tate, Andrew practices in the area of commercial litigation, construction litigation, general civil litigation and products liability litigation.
