Mark Aquadro concentrates his practice in tax related matters and
economic development. He has extensive experience assisting
companies that are locating or expanding operations in Mississippi
with negotiating tax incentives from State and local authorities,
and with Mississippi ad valorem tax matters. He also assists
clients with the organization of business entities including
tax-exempt organizations and limited liability companies, and with
general corporate governance. Before joining Martin Tate, Mark practiced as a tax attorney with a major
Mississippi law firm for eleven years in its Jackson and Olive
Branch offices. Prior to attending law school he practiced in the
area of taxation for ten years as a Certified Public Accountant,
including work with a national public accounting firm and as a
state and local tax manager of a large multinational corporation.
