Zach Landers joined Martin Tate as an Associate in August of 2019.  He was previously a Summer Associate with the firm in 2017 and 2018.  Primarily focusing on commercial real estate transactions and asset-based lending, Mr. Landers assists developers and lenders with business formation and the acquisition, disposition, construction and financing of commercial real estate.  

Mr. Landers received his Juris Doctor in 2019 from William & Mary Law School.  During his time in law school, Mr. Landers served in several of William & Mary’s legal clinics, including the Business Law Clinic and the Federal Tax Clinic.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Landers worked as an Intern in the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office of the 53rd Judicial District of Kentucky.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2015 from the University of Mississippi, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Professional Honors & Activities

Mr. Landers is admitted to the practice of law in Tennessee (2019), and he is a member of the Memphis Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Division of the Memphis Bar Association.
