Martin Tate’s Richard Carter Named as Super Lawyer in Intellectual Property

(July 21, 2008) Martin Tate partner Richard Carter has been recognized as a top attorney in the field of intellectual property by the national publication Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition, August 2008 edition. Mr. Carter was one of only two Memphis attorneys listed as a Super Lawyer in the field of intellectual property.
