Martin Tate’s Richard Carter Named as Super
Lawyer in Intellectual Property

intellectual property by the national publication Super
Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition, August 2008 edition. Mr.
Carter was one of only two Memphis attorneys listed as a Super
Lawyer in the field of intellectual property.
