Brian Miller Appointed to Arkansas Court of Appeals

(March 19, 2007/Little Rock, Arkansas) Brian S. Miller was formally sworn in to the Arkansas Court of Appeals on March 19, 2007. Judge Miller had been appointed by Governor Mike Huckabee to a term beginning January 1, 2007. From 1995 until his appointment to the bench, Judge Miller had been an attorney with Martin Tate working from both its Memphis, Tennessee and its Helena, Arkansas offices. While at Martin Tate, Mr. Miller’s primary area of practice was litigation. Mr. Miller is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas and Vanderbilt Law School.
