Martin Tate Attorney Elected President of TIDA

Lee Piovarcy, a shareholder and director at Martin, Tate, Morrow & Marston P.C., has been elected president of the Trucking Industry Defense Association, the nation’s leading organization of trucking industry professionals.

Piovarcy will lead the TIDA for two years and will guide the trucking organization in its efforts to promote safety and reduce costs to the trucking industry. The TIDA has more than 1,300 members, including motor carriers, transportation logistics companies, insurers of motor carriers, third-party claims administrators and defense counsel.
