Martin Tate Authors Mississippi Chapter of The Property Tax Deskbook

Martin Tate attorney Mark Aquadro authored the Mississippi chapter of The Property Tax Deskbook 2009, 14th edition, released in September, 2009.

The Property Tax Deskbook is a national publication and research guide for attorneys on property tax law, rules and procedures in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, published by the American Bar Association, Taxation Section.

Property tax is a frequent subject of counsel to clients by the firm’s Taxation and Economic Development practice groups, including in the negotiation of tax incentive packages, tax exemptions and payment-in-lieu-of-tax (PILOT) programs with state and local authorities, as well as in the appeal of tax assessments.

Mark Aquadro has been a contributor to The Property Tax Deskbook since 2001. He practices in the Southaven, Mississippi office of Martin Tate, where he concentrates his practice in tax related matters and economic development.
