David Wade Appointed by the Tennessee Supreme Court to Advisory Commission on the Rules of Practice and Procedure

(January 1, 2008/Memphis, Tennessee) The Tennessee Supreme Court has appointed David Wade, a shareholder in the firm of Martin, Tate, Morrow & Marston, P.C., to the Advisory Commission on the Rules of Practice and Procedure. Wade will serve a three year term on the Commission beginning January 1, 2008. The Commission is established by Tenn. Code Ann. §16-3-601 as an advisory commission whose members are appointed by the Supreme Court and whose duty is to study and advise the Supreme Court with respect to rules of practice and procedure. The Advisory Commission is one of three commissions whose members are appointed by the Court.
